Terms & Conditions

inpassis a content-monetization platform that lets creators (“Creators”) share exclusive content and offer paid memberships and one-time packages to their audience (“Members” or “Fans”). We provide the technology that hosts content and processes payments; we are not the author of Creator content and we are not a party to the underlying relationship between a Creator and their Members.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Accounts are created through a third-party sign-in provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are collected and processed by our third-party payment partner (Razorpay). By paying, you also agree to the payment partner’s terms. We do not store your full card or banking details.
• Memberships are billed per period and do not auto-renew. A membership grants access until the end of the period you paid for; to continue beyond that date you make a fresh payment. There is no recurring mandate or automatic charge.
• One-time packages are charged once at the price shown at checkout.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Creators set their own membership and package prices within the ranges the Platform permits and are responsible for the legality of the content they publish.
• A platform fee may be deducted from Creator earnings; the applicable fee is shown to the Creator. Net earnings are paid out to the Creator’s linked account subject to successful identity/KYC verification with the payment partner.
• Creators grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, resize and display their content solely to operate the Platform. Creators retain ownership of their content.
• Creators are responsible for delivering any value promised to Members (including package fulfilment) and for their own tax obligations.

You agree not to:

• Copy, record, screenshot, redistribute, resell or publicly share any premium content accessed through the Platform.
• Upload or request unlawful content, including content that is sexually exploitative of minors, non-consensual, or otherwise illegal under Indian law.
• Attempt to circumvent payment, access controls, signed URLs, or rate limits, or probe, scan or test the security of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.

Premium content is provided for your personal, non-transferable use only. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to the authorities.

The inpass name, logo and software are our property. Creator content belongs to the respective Creators. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of content to you; access to premium content is a limited license that ends when your membership ends or your account is terminated.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Platform or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content will meet your expectations or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of any Creator or Member.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY], [STATE], India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
